1 1/3 oz Celery gin
2/3 oz Fino sherry
1/2 oz Celery saccharum
1 dash Celery bitters

How to make

Serve in a nick & nora glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of celery sprig or celery stick.

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. 5 Garnish with a celery sprig or celery stalk.

History

Formerly named "Celery Gin Cocktail", this is similar to David Embury's "Nome". The original recipe used 60ml celery gin, 30ml fino sherry, and 15ml celery saccharum, served in a coupe.
