1/3 oz Grüner Veltliner wine
1/3 oz Celery saccharum
1/12 oz Gentian liqueur
1 dash Saline solution 4:1

Serve in a nick & nora glass
Method
- 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of rest celery stick across rim with a light dusting of celery salt.
- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
