Ingredients

2 oz Brut sparkling wine
1 oz Fino sherry
1/2 oz Lime cordial
2 oz Advocaat liqueur

How to make

Serve in a flute glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lime zest twist and cacao powder.

Method

  1. 3 POUR sparkling wine into chilled glass.
  2. 4 SHAKE other 3 ingredients with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN over sparkling wine in the glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Express lime zest twist over cocktail and discard.
  2. 7 Dust with cacao powder.
