Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Bourbon whiskey
5/6 oz Cherry brandy
2/3 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 dash Aromatic bitters
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN back into shaker.
  3. 5 DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

  1. 7 Express orange zest twist over cocktail and discard. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
