Ingredients
4 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Light white rum
1 1/2 oz Pineapple juice
1/4 oz Maple syrup
How to make
Serve in a martini glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
Method
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 5 Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim.

Complex and easy drinking with hints of maple and mint amongst pineapple and rum.
