Ingredients

2 slice Fresh ginger
2 oz Citrus vodka
1 oz Lychee liqueur
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Ginger syrup

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History

This spicy cocktail has a distinct note of ginger.

This recipe was adapted in 2003 from a version discovered at Oxo Tower Bar in London, England.
