Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Aged rum (6-10yr)
3/4 oz Caramel liqueur
1/2 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
1/4 oz Brown/dark cacao liqueur
1/12 oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
5 drop Chocolate bitters

How to make

Serve in a nick & nora glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of raisin and nut chocolate.

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with raisin and nut chocolate balanced across rim.
