History

A Negroni variation, this is slightly sweeter, less bitter, and influenced by artichoke.

Cin-Cyn is a playful reference to 'cin-cin,' the Italian expression for cheers, highlighting the use of Cynar, an artichoke amaro, in the original recipe. 'Cin-cin' (pronounced 'chin-chin') serves as a casual toast, an alternative to the more formal 'salute'.
