Ingredients
1 2/3 oz Vanilla vodka
5/6 oz Passion fruit purée
1/3 oz Cinnamon syrup
4 drop Mole bitters
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of cinnamon dust (flamed) and shot of sparkling wine.
Method
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 5 Dust with cinnamon powder (consider flaming).
- 6 Serve with shot of sparkling wine on the side.
