3/4 oz Sake
3/4 oz Coconut water
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 dash Orange bitters
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of fresh coconut flesh.
Method
- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

- 5 Garnish with coconut slice on rim.
