Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Coffee liqueur
1 oz Lemon juice
5/12 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml) glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon wheel slice and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry sail.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with soda and briefly stir.
