Ingredients

7 fresh Mint leaves
1/2 oz Absinthe
1 oz Citrus vodka
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/2 oz Lime juice
Top up with Lemon-lime soda
Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

Method

  1. 3 Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise mint).
  2. 4 Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  4. 6 TOP with half soda and half lemonade.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
