Ingredients

1 2/3 oz Strega liqueur
5/6 oz Americano bianco
1 oz Lemon juice
3 dash Aromatic bitters
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest and spritz of absinthe.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with lemon zest (not expressed) and spray spritz of absinthe over cocktail.
