1 1/2 oz Habenero bourbon
5/6 oz Elderflower liqueur
5/6 oz Pink grapefruit juice

History

This is a variation on Philip Spee's 2007 Beverly Hills Hotel Cocktail. The term "crowbar hotel" is apparently cowboy slang for a jail, prompting a search for a suitable cocktail when presented with a renegade whiskey.
