Ingredients
1 oz Cacao spiced rum
2 oz Pineapple verdita
1/3 oz Pimento dram
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Brown sugar syrup
How to make
Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)
Method
- 1 Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of fresh or dehydrated pineapple spice and mint springs.
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
