Ingredients
1 2/3 oz Cacao spiced rum
1 barspoon Pineapple jam
1 1/2 oz Cold brew coffee
1/3 oz Lime juice
2 oz Tonic water
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 STIR spiced rum and jam in the base of a mixing glass until the jam is dissolved
- 2 Add cold brew coffee and lime juice, STIR with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably large chunks of ice)
- 3 TOP with tonic water.
