1 2/3 oz Grapefruit Rose Spirit
5 oz Soda water

Serve in a wine glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a WINE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprigs bouquet.
  3. 3 POUR ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. 4 Briefly STIR.

History

Light and refreshing, this is ideal with cucumber sandwiches. A Spritz variation is also possible: combine 90ml/3oz Prosecco, 45ml/1.5oz Botanical Cucumber & Mint, and 60ml/2oz soda water in an ice-filled glass and stir briefly.
