1/2 oz White crème de cacao
1/3 oz Brown/dark cacao liqueur
1/2 oz Whipping cream
1/3 oz Egg white (pasteurised)

  2. 2 Prepare garnish of cadbury Dairy Milk Miniature chocolate.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

To make this cocktail literally contain a "glass and a half," one might consider serving it with a shot glass of champagne on the side. The image of a glass and a half of milk continues to be used on Dairy Milk bars, which are the UK's top-selling chocolate bar.
