Ingredients

2 1/2 oz Ginger beer
1 1/2 oz Dark/black rum

How to make

Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lime wedge.

Method

  1. 3 POUR ingredients into ice-filled glass and briefly stir.
  2. 4 OR, layer by pouring ginger beer into ice-filled glass first, then floating rum.

Garnish

  1. 5 Squeeze lime wedge into drink and drop in as a garnish.
