Ingredients

1/4 oz Lime juice
3/4 oz Ginger beer
1/4 oz Ginger liqueur
1/2 oz Dark/black rum

How to make

Serve in a shot glass

  1. 1 POUR the first 3 ingredients into the glass in the following order
  2. 2 Then carefully FLOAT rum on the surface of the drink.

History

Simon Fraser and Andrew Holmes adapted this drink in 2010. It was created at Rumbar, in Hamilton, Bermuda. The bar is known as the home of the Dark 'n' Stormy.
