3/4 oz Absinthe
3/4 oz Goldwasser liqueur
3/4 oz Orgeat syrup
1/2 oz Lime juice
Top up with Ginger beer

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lime wedge.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with ginger beer.
