Ingredients

1/2 oz German amaro
1/2 oz Tennessee whiskey
1/2 oz Vodka
5/12 oz Triple sec
5/12 oz Lemon juice
5/12 oz Lime juice
2 oz Cola

How to make

Serve in a double old-fashioned

  1. 1 SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube, ice ball, or chunk of block ice)
  2. 2 TOP with cola and briefly stir.

History

A spin on the Long Island Iced Tea with herbal notes of liquorice.

This recipe is adapted from one created in 2018 by Alex Attart, who managed the bar at Taverna Opa in Orlando, USA. Alex Attart drew inspiration from the release of the "space Western film," Solo: A Star Wars Story, and served this cocktail in a double-old fashioned glass, accompanied by an ice ball shaped like the Death Star.
