Ingredients
7 fresh Mint leaves
3 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/6 oz Lime juice
How to make
Serve in a martini glass
- 1 SHAKE all ingredients (including mint) with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
History
Vodka and mint with a subtle hint of lime. Clean and flavourful.
Dick Bradsell created this drink in the mid-1990s, basing it on his earlier Cowboy Hoof Martini.
