Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Cachaça (unaged)
1 oz Coffee liqueur
1 oz Banana liqueur
1 oz Whipping cream
Banana
1 dash Orange bitters

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of banana slice.
  3. 3 BLEND all ingredients with 12oz scoop crushed ice.

History

Coffee liqueur, banana, and cream are blended with cachaça to a creamy, icy consistency.
