Ingredients

1 fresh Passion fruit
2 oz Light white rum
1/2 oz Galliano liqueur
1 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Orange juice
1/4 oz Grenadine syrup

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out flesh and seeds into shaker
  2. 2 Add next 4 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass
  3. 3 Pour grenadine into centre of drink (should sink to bottom).

History

Passion fruit and Galliano give this a Bacardi Cocktail character.
