History
Genever's flavoursome character adds malty notes to a traditional Negroni.
This drink was found in 2011 at Vesper Bar in Amsterdam, Netherlands, under the name Dutch Count Negroni. Given its Amsterdam origins, a city known for its red light district, the cocktail is now more commonly recognized as the Red Light Negroni.
