Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Oude genever
3/4 oz Lime juice
3 dash Aromatic bitters
3 oz Ginger beer

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprigs and lime wedge.

  1. 3 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring ginger beer.
