History
A riff on the Southside and Gimlet, this uses cucumber, inspired by Hendrick's Gin's launch at the time.
George Delgado created this cocktail in 2004 at Libation in Manhattan, New York City, where it was initially served as a long drink. Christy Pope later adapted it for Milk & Honey, resulting in the popular straight-up version that is made today.
