Ingredients
2 1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 fresh Egg (white and yolk)
1/2 oz Whipping cream
2 oz Milk (whole/full 3-4% fat)
How to make
Serve in a toddy glass
- 1 POUR ingredients into heatproof glass and STIR thoroughly
- 2 HEAT in microwave oven for a minute (adjust time as appropriate to your oven) and STIR again
- 3 Alternatively, mix and warm in pan over heat - do not boil.
