Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 oz Lemon-lime soda
1/2 oz Blue curaçao liqueur

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and skewered lemon slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry sail.
  3. 3 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and skewered lemon slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry sail.

Method

  1. 4 SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  2. 5 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. 6 TOP with lemon-lime soda.
  4. 7 FLOAT blue curaçao (this will sink and bleed through the cocktail).

Garnish

  1. 8 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
  2. 9 Garnish with skewered lemon wheel and maraschino cherry sail.
