Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1 oz Vanilla liqueur
1/4 oz Lemon juice
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 1/2 oz Brut sparkling wine

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel (or vanilla pod stirrer).

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. 5 TOP with sparkling wine and briefly stir.

  1. 6 Garnish with lemon slice wheel (or vanilla pod stirrer).
