Ingredients

1 2/3 oz Lime flavoured vodka
1/3 oz Chartreuse Green
1/2 oz Bianco/blanco vermouth
2 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint leaf, lemon and lime zest twists.

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS lemon and lime zest twists over cocktail and discard.
  2. 6 Garnish with mint leaf floated on the cocktail or pegged/stuck with spot of honey to the rim.
