History
A lightly sparkling cocktail, reminiscent of a Manhattan, with a bittersweet profile.
This cocktail is named after Enrico Pallazzo, a fictional opera singer impersonated by Lt. Frank Drebin, played by Leslie Nielsen, in the film The Naked Gun. The character later goes undercover as the game's umpire on the pitch, and upon revealing his identity, a spectator shouts, "Hey, it's Enrico Pallazzo!" The crowd then chants the name jubilantly.
