Ingredients

1 1/3 oz Cognac (brandy)
2/3 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/2 oz Raspberry liqueur
2 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a nick & nora glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare the glass with citrus peel and sugar CRUSTA by first finding a whole lemon that fits snugly inside the top of your glass with its equator in contact with the rim of the glass.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into pre-prepared glass.
