1 2/3 oz Calvados apple brandy
1 oz Apple juice
1/4 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Cinnamon syrup
1 dash Aromatic bitters

Serve in a coupe glass
Method
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of float (dehydrated) apple slice.
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
