Ingredients
2 oz Scotch whisky
1 oz Amaretto liqueur
1 dash Barrel-aged bitters
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
Method
- 3 FAT-WASH a bottle of peaty Scotch whisky with smoky bacon fat.
- 4 POUR the now clarified smoky bacon-flavoured Scotch whisky and other ingredients into mixing glass.
- 5 STIR with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
Garnish
- 6 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
