3/4 oz Blended light 3-5yo rum
3/4 oz Cognac (brandy)
3/4 oz Banana liqueur
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Agricole rhum (unaged)
1/4 oz Brown sugar syrup
1 wedge Lime (fresh)
How to make
Serve in a double old-fashioned
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprigs and speared dehydrated banana chips.
Method
- 3 REGAL SHAKE all ingredients (inc. lime wedge, which should be squeezed and dropped into shaker) with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

- 5 Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet and speared banana chips.
