Ingredients

1/4 oz Peated malt whisky
4 oz Chilled water
1 2/3 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/3 oz Honey sugar syrup
1/6 oz Cinnamon syrup
2 dash Creole bitters

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and rosemary sprig.

Method

  1. 3 POUR whisky and water into ice-filled glass and set aside.
  2. 4 Separately, STIR other ingredients with ice.
  3. 5 DISCARD contents of glass and STRAIN stirred cocktail into the chilled whisky washed glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
  2. 7 Garnish with rosemary sprig.
