Ingredients

3/4 oz Limoncello liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Elderflower cordial
1 1/2 oz Pomegranate juice
2 oz Prosecco

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of half lemon slice wheel.

Method

  1. 3 POUR limoncello, lemon juice and elderflower cordial into glass.
  2. 4 Two-thirds FILL glass with crushed ice.
  3. 5 LAYER pomegranate juice.
  4. 6 ADD more crushed ice to fill glass.
  5. 7 TOP with prosecco.

Garnish

  1. 8 Garnish with half lemon slice wheel.
