Ingredients

3/4 oz Bourbon whiskey
3/4 oz Galliano liqueur
1 pinch Cinnamon powder
1 oz Coffee liqueur
1 oz Orange juice
1 oz Whipping cream

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 No garnish to prepare.

Method

  1. 3 POUR bourbon and Galliano L'Authentico (not Galliano Vanilla) into a room-temperature glass.
  2. 4 Exercising extreme caution, IGNITE the contents of the glass and sprinkle cinnamon powder over flame. (Beware almost invisible blue flame!)
  3. 5 As soon as the theatrics are over, cover the glass to EXTINGUISH the flame and prevent the glass from becoming hot.
  4. 6 SHAKE last 3 ingredients with ice.
  5. 7 STRAIN over bourbon and Galliano base.

Garnish

  1. 8 Serve naked, without garnish.
