1/3 oz Chartreuse Yellow
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 dash Élixir Végétal
3 oz Brut sparkling wine

Serve in a flute glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of tip of a mint sprig.
Method
- 3 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5 TOP with sparkling wine.

This drink is adapted from a March 2021 recipe by Clare Morrow, who works for Cask Liquid Marketing. Cask Liquid Marketing distributes Chartreuse in the UK and established Chartreuse Day, which is celebrated every year on 16th May.
