Ingredients
1 2/3 oz New make spirit
5/6 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
10 fresh Mint leaves
1 oz Soda water
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 Half fill glass with crushed ice
- 2 Add first 4 ingredients and CHURN with a barspoon
- 3 Fill glass with crushed ice and churn some more
- 4 TOP with soda.
