Ingredients

1 oz Gentian liqueur
1 oz Bianco/blanco vermouth
3/4 oz Mezcal
2 1/2 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.
  3. 3 Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

Method

  1. 4 STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
  2. 5 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. 6 TOP with soda and briefly stir.

Garnish

  1. 7 EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
