1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
3 oz Tonic water

Serve in a collins glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of elderflower blossom when in season, mint sprig bouquet and lime slice.
  3. 3 POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. 4 Briefly STIR.
