Ingredients

7 fresh Raspberries
2 oz Pisco
1 oz Pink grapefruit juice
1/2 oz Brown sugar syrup

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered raspberries.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients.
  3. 5 SHAKE with ice.
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with skewered raspberries.

History

GDPR, an acronym for General Data Protection Regulation, is commemorated by this cocktail, created on 25th May 2018 to mark the new law's effective date. The components are G = Grapefruit juice (preferably pink) 30ml / 1oz, D = Demerara sugar syrup (2:1) 15ml / ½oz, P = Pisco 45ml / 2oz, and R = Raspberries (8 fresh).
