Ingredients

1 oz Irish whiskey
1 oz Oloroso sherry
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Orange juice
1/3 oz Orange sherbet
1 oz Stout beer

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass
  2. 2 Carefully FLOAT stout.
