Ingredients
8 fresh Mint leaves
1 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz Sloe gin liqueur
1 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise)
- 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
