Ingredients

2 slice Fresh ginger
5 fresh Basil leaves
2 oz Gin
1 1/2 oz Pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz Apple juice
1/4 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 MUDDLE ginger and basil in base of shaker
  2. 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice
  3. 3 Stir and serve with straws.

History

This drink offers warming ginger spice alongside cooling fruitiness.
