1 oz Bourbon whiskey
2/3 oz Ginger liqueur
1/4 oz Lemon juice
1/6 oz Lime juice
1/6 oz Honey and water syrup
3 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a nick & nora glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. 5 Garnish with maraschino cherry.

The name of this sweet 'n' sour, zesty ginger cocktail reflects its golden hue. Bourbon forms the base, complemented by lemon and lime, which balance the warming, rich ginger liqueur and honey. Honey replaced sugar syrup in the previous iteration of this recipe in January 2024.
