Ingredients

1 oz Gin
2/3 oz Triple sec
1/2 oz Mezcal
5/12 oz Lime juice
1/6 oz Lemon juice
1/6 oz Lavender sugar syrup
1/3 oz Tonic water

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (flamed).

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with tonic water.

Garnish

  1. 6 EXPRESS flamed lemon zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
